I will admit, I have more hot pads and than I have drawer space for them. I was curious if I actually got something nice if I could begin pairing down.This is a set of 4 trivets. They are nicely made from bamboo and a couple of small magnets. These trivets are cut to the exact standards necessary for them to fit inside one themselves and stack. They are laser etched smack in the middle with the company logo. The magnets are just strong enough to keep them together when closed or in their open position. These trivets open up to be large enough to easily hold a small pot without concern. I have used two of them to hold a 9x16" casserole dish. I have decided that these will be used for each holiday as they are definitely just as easy to use and nicer than a simple hot pad.I have chosen to rate this product 5 stars. Overall, I like these much more than I anticipated. They are easier to clean than a cloth hot pad and the whole pack can be stored in less space than 4 cloths. If you would like to up your dinner hosting game, these would be a great recommendation. You'll thank me later.Criteria for Stars:1 - Total rip off, doesn't perform basic advertised functions or not product advertised. I would likely RETURN and would NEVER recommend.2 - Not worth the money. Performs some of the basic advertised functions, but likely not all, and ultimately was deemed as not providing enough value for the money spent. I would not buy again, and would likely not recommend unless the buyer had a very specific use case.3 - It performs the basic functions as advertised, and has some usefulness at the price point, but doesn't work for all of the reasons I purchased. I would likely not buy again, and would only recommend if buyer understood usefulness limitations.4 - It performs most all of the features I purchased it for, but has limitations. I would likely buy again and would recommend.5 - Completely as advertised and likely exceeded expectations. Is if high quality and well shipped. I would totally buy again and recommend.

Our biggest problem is always how to fit all of our trivets into a drawer or on a shelf as they take up too much space. These are amazing! I love the fact that they collapse so small, but still have a decent height off of the surface you want to protect. The magnet works perfectly to keep them together. I will definitely need more!

What a clever design for these trivets! They are super easy to store since they are so compact. The trivets are very sturdy and would make excellent gifts.

The bamboo trivets were cleverly designed. They are usefully functional in protecting the tabletop from hot pots and dishes; and are easy to set up and easy to fold down for storage in a kitchen cabinet draw. A set of 4 is obtained for less than $13 dollars. Great value!

I've been looking for compact trivets to hold our dinner plates while protecting our beautiful glass dining room table. We heat the dishes either in the oven or the microwave, and these wood trivets are perfect for our use. Thanks for a great product! I sure do recommend these trivets!

These little guys are great! First when they said 4 pieces, I thought they were counting two piece with two arms, but no, you actually get four full trivets - that was a nice surprise. Each has a magnet in the middle that holds them together and they pack up nicely to store in a corner of a drawer with less space than one trivet alone would normally take. While one arm is smaller than the other (since they nest together for storage), they are still stable and easily support a pan/dish without wobbling. Great little set, love them!

These are so cuuuute! They make my kitchen look fancy without the fancy price. One of them is enough for a regular sized pot. For large dishes, just put 2 of them side by side. No burn marks. Love them!!

These are great. The magnets hold them together, but they are a tight enough fit that it’s not a problem. We have a relatively small kitchen, so I didn’t need all four of them. I gave two to my mother-in-law, and she loves them, too. They are great since they don’t take up much space at all when out of use. Once we renovate and have a larger kitchen, I will grab another set.
