Review: A decent product at a decent price - I ordered the Ipaghula Husk Orange solution because I had a temporary injury and was very inactive for a two week period which caused constipation. My results with the solution were positive and I was aware that I had saved money with this product when compared to a far more expensive rival brand which was approximately double the price. I found the taste acceptable. Not particulary nice like a fruit juice drink but this is a medical solution. Anyone complaining about the taste should think about the necessary medical ingredients and compare them to what is in a nice tasting fruit drink. A rival product may taste better but for me its a case of “down the hatch” job done. It mixes well if you put the water in first then add the powder gradually. If you pour the satchet in first then it will probably need more stirring. A good amount (30) at a low cost. Very good.

The reason only 4 stars is the taste and the fact it does not dissolve very well. The taste is very artificial and you can taste the sweeteners in it which overwhelmed any orange. U like the fy gel which dissolves with a quick stir, this product remains at the top ot the glass and I had to whisk to try to get it so drinkable.

**Q: Is this a pack of 3 boxes as description says 3x30 sachets**
A: No. The detail in 'Product Information' is a bit confusing and misleading. You only get one box of 30 sachets.

**Q: How many calories are in it?**
A: No listing on the box or packets.  The Manufacturer promised to ring me back yesterday with the answer, but they haven't done.  I would guess it is about 20 calories

**Q: How many grams of fibre are in a sachet? Is it a decent supplement for daily fibre intake? Thanks**
A: Contains 2.5g fibre per sachet (each sachet contains 3.5g of Ispaghula husk).

Just as effective as the similar branded product and less than half the price. Not quite so orangey in flavour but still pleasant enough. Not quite so easy to mix, but I give it a good whisk with a fork (in a tall glass to avoid splashing) and it's fine. Delighted I've discovered it.
