great support
I just did insanity in this bra, it is very pretty, very comfortable, and super supportive. The fit is perfect, but keep in mind when ordering, I am a cusp between medium and large, bought the large, and it is ALMOST a bit too small. Not quite though, in fact, I should say it is honestly the most perfect fitting sports bra I have. It is double layered and it has mesh detailing on the spine, I don't know that the mesh actually helps to keep you cool but in a real work out your body heat is spiked up ridiculously anyways. I don't find this bra to hold heat however, and it does help hide the ladies a bit if the AC kicks on right above you ;-) I am actually placing my order right now for a few more of these bad boys. So far I have the robins egg color and the asphalt. both are very nice.

Great quality, but size up at least 1 size, maybe 2!!!
Runs about 1 sz small but I kinda expected it. I will just order a larger sz and save this for when I slim down in the shoulder and back area a bit more. The Puma sports bra I bought is so comfy that I feel spoiled trying on other brands. I intend the Champion bra to be for higher intensity workouts. However at a 36/38 DD/D, the Lg is just too tight for me. I could have managed, but squished areas around the racer back are not flattering or comfortable, so I chose not to wear it more than 3 minutes. Not a complete loss though. It is a great quality and a firm, smooth, comfortable fabric. I only need to lose about 2 inches before it fits perfect, but I can manage that, it isn't the bra's fault!

good bra.
This bra is good, I am always nervous about buying sports bras true to my bra size. I usually buy them a size small to make sure the ladies are extra snug. So I bought in a Medium. I am a 31 year old female that had a child almost 2 years ago. Pre baby and in my teens and 20s (when my ladies were naturally perky) I always bought 34C with the occasional 34D (everyday bras). In my twenties, I would get measured at Victoria secret and they said I was just between a C and a D, so I bought bras in both sizes depending on when I tried them on. After pregnancy, and with age, there is less perk and I need more assistance. I also now only buy 34D (need to keep them in!).The ladies are still snug and provide support when I run. My cleavage does not show. The only thing is that it is a little too snug around the bottom. But that that will loosen up with wear. I live in a very hot and humid area. When running this summer (starts at 5am, with 70-90% humidity and feel like temperatures in the high 80s), my boobs had good support, comfort, and there was the expected amount of boob sweat. It is a good bra, not a love bra, but good.

Fit is Too Small!
According to the size chart, my size should be XS, but I had to do major contortions to get this on. I ordered two (what was I thinking without checking the fit first!) The style is great and it has a cute look. The fabric and quality is all you could want, but the fit is too small! I usually check reviews before ordering. Don't know how I missed the comments on fit... Will send one unopened one back. Stuck with the one worn.

Exactly as I imagined. For me.. it’s not too small. It fit perfectly. Thank you!

Keeps the girls in check
These run small! But that is sort of a bonus because they also keep your chest from hitting you in the face if you're a DD like me. I would probably need an XL to be able to wear it all day, but for a few hours, a L holds it all together for me. They're very well made. I have 5 now and I love them a lot. For low impact, with large breasts, go up a couple of sizes- for high impact, only go about one size up.

Yeiks! Runs super small.
I own another Champion sports bra that I bought at a retail store and it fits a bit snug as a Small. So, after reading other reviews, I figured I'd order a Large to be on the super safe side. And, boy oh boy, was I in for a surprise when I actually tried to put this bra on! It fits just as tight as the small I have at home. My boobs were instantly squished into oblivion and the straps dug deep into my shoulders. It took all of my energy to try and then get the thing off without popping a shoulder out.It says on the tag that it's medium support - yeiks, can't even imagine what "maximum" support would do to your rib cage - and recommended for activities like yoga, pilates, and walking. I would guess that's because you actually need to be able to expand your lungs for more strenuous athletic endeavors.I would definitely categorize this bra as a "lean" large. As in, if you are a naturally slender person and are larger than your equally slender peers, this is a bra for you. If your regular bra size is above an "A", then proceed at your own risk! Unless of course you've been dying to know what it would feel like to bind your breast and masquerade as a man in a victorian rom com.PS. In all fairness, the color is quite pretty and your boobs will definitely stay in place (zero jiggle on my 36B cup).

Runs small, order one size up!
I wear a large sports bra usually, so I ordered a large one, it was very tight, I had to return it. Good quality though, they didn't have my size.
