CopicCiao Alcohol Markers 24pc Set & Empty Wallet (White Logo) Bundle Set

Got this product for my kids to start their school art class. Perfect as it contains 36 useful everyday colors. Product came in a nice acrylic case and a wallet. The case will be handy for the placement on the desk.

Overall, I think this is a killer bundle for the price! At the time of purchase, the 72 color set B was going for ~$420 on Amazon while this listing (72 color set B + marker wallet) was going for $300. Purchasing the bundle seemed like a no-brainer.My only gripe is that 2 of the markers were dry. Since I purchased this bundle from the official Copic seller on Amazon, I think I'll try to reach out to see if I can get ink refills for those markers. If they fulfill my request, I'll update my review from 4 to 5 stars.

It seems like it's getting too easy to get conterfit or new-old-stock items recently, so when considering where to purchase these markers, I went with Copic's first-party storefront.I was very disappointed to see that in a pack of 72 markers, four (C10, E00, R24, YG11) were almost completely dry, and one (YG17) was so dry that it cannot produce lines without streaking.Copic makes sure to include in all of their product pages how you're paying for QA and attention to detail in manufacturing and packaging. That is why these markers retail for almost $8 a piece. I am extrodinarily fristrated that these $8/ea tools are immediately less reliable than my 5 year old's RoseArt set.I do understand that things happen, and that QA is not an exact science, but I just want to reiterate that after years of using other brands, and experienceing 3-4 dead markers in all that time, it just blows my mind that Copic would ship me $40 of dead markers from their first-party storefront. That's almost a 7% failure rate, and insane for any manufacturing process, let alone for a brand that allegedly prides themselves on their dedication to QA.The colors that work are great, as tools and a company, I am not impressed.

Copic markers have earned their reputation as the gold standard for alcohol based markers and this set was not an exception: ink flow, blending and layering perform as well as one would expect from Copic brand. Used them on my linen bag, and it worked out well. Definitely would recommend

This is great! The wallet case lets you store all the markers easily and visibly, now I don't need to dig through my pen case or lose markers in my tote bag!The wallet is durable and a great value added for this set! I'm so excited!!

Not only did it arrive super fast, but having 2 options for storage is fantastic. Obviously the plastic case is a nice storage display, but the carrying case allows me to take whatever colors I need plus mix in other pens. Only downside is that I wish there was one of those acrylic cases you find in stores; if they had that it would be perfect.Markers are as what you would expect from this brand. Clearly if you're buying into this, you know what you're getting into
