Exactly what I wanted! It's sturdy, easy to put together, and adjustable in almost any way you'd like. Well worth the asking price, and useful for an at-home setup or a gigging setup.

Easy to assemble and sturdy. Fully adjustable. I use the stand for my 37-key keyboard. I don't think I'd use it with a full size or larger than 49 keys.

Superb build quality and works great as a upper tier for my Yamaha ck61. No wobble at all, super sturdy, and the most important part is that the arms slide forward and back. The other model does not do this and severely limits your height adjustment. I love it so much!

Liquid Stands products really are some of the best out there and all their accessories fit and function perfectly. In case you were wondering, these double stack arms allow you to set the depth of your 2nd tier so you can see the screen of the board below it etc. Very sturdy as well. If you're contemplating a 2nd tier add-on to your Z stand - quit debating and get these. There won't be buyers remorse.

UPDATE: Not being content with just sending the Liquid Stands upper tier kit back to Amazon, I contacted the company. They were very responsive. After a few quick emails, and having sent them the pictures I'd posted here, they sent me two replacement uprights in which I was assured would be hand picked and tested before being shipped. This was encouraging since I'd already received 2 units, both with faulty uprights. The replacements came a few days ago and I'm happy to report that they worked as advertised. I've upgraded my review from one star to four stars. I've deducted one star simply because no one should have to go through this much trouble to get a product that works. Hopefully, Liquid Stands gets to the bottom of this alignment problem that several users have reported on, though again, this is a good quality stand when it goes together properly. This is the 2nd one of these Liquid Stands two-tier stands that I've had to return. For the first one, one of the vertical posts that attaches to the lower part of the stand leaned about 10deg to one side due to a poorly aligned weld. No big deal right? Wrong! I returned that one which bought from an online retailer. I then ordered one from Amazon, even though it was more expensive. On this 2nd one, BOTH vertical members lean off center, one by about 5deg, the other about 10deg. It's actually WORSE than the first one! 3 times a charm? I'm not willing to take that chance and will go with another stand manufacturer even though I'm now stuck with the bottom Z-stand, but I'll find a use for it. Bottom Line, maybe you'll get one that lines up properly, or maybe you won't. How much time do you have to waste?

Finally, Found it. I have a Z stand with very wide square tubes. I was unable to find the 2 Tier stand for months until I got the Liquid Stands 2 Tier. Absolutely loved it. Easy to ensemble, strong/sturdy. Not the most elegant design but it works fantastic. That's what matters the most and I'm not streaming my place.

I have their Z-style stand and wanted the extension, this product, so I could setup some of my old synths. Some of the stand choices are really expensive. Since I liked the Liquid Stand which I've had for months, I got this extension. It's great and so much more affordable than some of the competition. Update - I had an issue during assembly with one part and couldn't get it to fit properly. I called their support and Angel was really helpful. Since there were two matching arms and one fit just fine, I realized the problem was with just one of the two matching parts. She asked me to read off a number on one of the parts, I assume so they could track the problem, and then she shipped me out a replacement part which arrived in about 2 days - no charge. She even sent me follow-up emails all along to make sure everything went well and replied quickly to my responses. Good customer support is hard to find, so that's another bonus for buying from this company. I'm really happy with their products and support. Update 2 Bought another of these for a second stand of theirs that I have. While the directions could be a little better (larger or more close up picture of each step) this stand is great. Using the second stand for an old Moog Source and stand second tier for a Sequential Circuits Pro One. Also bought another set of the wheels for this second stand as the wheels are really good quality with a lock tab that can be used to keep the stand rolling.

Held off on purchasing for years due to cost but I finally did and am extremely satisfied. It offers so much more organization for my musical instruments. Very sturdy. Currently the keyboard is too high as a second tier but I haven’t looked into it much to solve that. Adds more clamp mounting area for additional gear.

Super simple to set up if you already have a Liquid Stands piano stand. I attached it to a Liquid Stands MS1111 Keyboard Workstation. I got this to set my laptop on while I play. Works perfectly!

Really good quality stand stronger than I thought it would be. You can even safely attach other stands to the frame. Worth the money.

I use this to hold my laptop while playing the piano sitting down. Works great and very solid.
