I was blown away at the resolution and what you could do with this thing! The demos are a great example of what you can do and gave me some great ideas!My only complaint is the software wasn’t the easiest to find or to use and looked a bit sketchy. I got through it tho. It would also be nice if there is any way to make the fan quieter while maintaining resolution.

You have to scan QR code for app to access library. Have to pay 2.99 for app. I used one card said it couldn't accept so I used a different card and it approved. Both cards were charged. The app does nothing! It redirects you to a site with games, movie trailers, podcasts ect. You can not get into anything on the app to get the device off demo mode. THEN hidden in my spam folder is an email thanking me for my premium subscription to "feministsingles.com" and informs me after the free trial, my membership will be auto deducted from card ending in xxxx. (The card I used to pay the 2.99 to use the app). The whole thing was fishy from the beginning. When I clicked on "cancel subscription" in the spam email, went to just a white screen that said "OK" in the middle. I had to go to my bank, despite the charges that already processed, and then disable my bank card and get a new one. Now all of my bills that come out automatic (Netflix, hulu, Disney plus, phone bill, renters insurance ect...) I have to go in and change to my new card! Huge hassle. Super upset as I got this to be our Christmas tree this year (they had Christmas trees in the library of images supposedly). The device was really cool even just on demo mode, but was a total scam and now we don't have a tree.

I loved this cute hologram fan, it provides many diffferent images in which you can choose from and you can even upload your own from the app. It is also not loud which I was scared of and easy to set up

Set up is a bit tricky, but overall nice product.

This is my second holographic fan I purchased from this company. My first one was the smaller desktop version which works great. This fan I have hanging in my pool room displaying the logos of our favorite teams. I am trying to figure out how to make the logos more 3d-ish so to use the fan's great ability. The fan was easy to put together and started right up. The software was tricky at first but converts files to .bin fairly quickly. I do suggest saving the file to the hard drive and then copying it to the USB drive, works much faster.

This is a pretty cool fan except the Android app does not work. The only reference that you can find of the Android app is on the QR in the instruction book (which is a joke). Found the Desktop and iOS apps, but absolutely nothing for the Android. I am a tech nerd, and have tons of experience with all forms of technology, and this is as far as I can get on the app. Google Lens translated the writing on the top left corner, which was your wifi connection. Other than that the "+" or add button does nothing, the "settings" button does nothing, and all the buttons along the bottom of the screen do nothing (see screen shot). Going to work on this for a little longer, and if I cannot get it to work.....off to return it. Who wants a 3d fan that just shows the defaul images!!!
