I've recently been diagnosed with torn cartilage and arthritis in my right knee and at the age of 46 the Consultant won't give me a new one so I need to manage the situation and crack on. I've been wearing a tubular bandage for 5 months, using cooling gels and taking prescription anti-inflammatories (actually for the arthritic hips!! I sound calamitous but am really not!!) but the swelling hasn't reduced and my knee has buckled on occasion. Until now. The ionocore knee support has reduced the swelling in 5 days that the tubular bandage could not help in 5 months. I can walk downstairs properly again rather than taking each step at a time with both feet as the knee support, well, supports my knee. It's like a second skin. When I opened the package I must admit I felt a little short changed as the product is so compact. I didn't believe such a small item could help. How wrong I was. I wear the knee support pretty much all the time it's so comfortable. The sizing instructions were perfect too. If in doubt, buy it. You'll be more mobile than you've been in months. Just in time to combat the impending mince pie season.

Doesn’t slip when worn quite good support, accuracy of size using chart works well. First time when worn feels too tight but after a while becomes comfortable I only wear it when walking or working in the garden, and always take it off when relaxing. Only fault is that the manufacturers name on the support starts to peel off after only a few times worn, and you finish up peeling it all off so it doesn’t look a mess.

I need knee support when running or at the gym. I've previously used thicker supports, but found these too restricting around the joint and they kept slipping, which started started to ruin my runs having to hike them up all the time, etc. So I wanted a thinner, compression like support, and came across this - decided to give it a try. The material is light and thin (more like traditional compression garments), so doesn't necessarily provide firm support - I'll still need to wear a knee brace when skiing for example - but it still relieves the pain when running. This is exactly what I needed, pain relief without restricted range of motion. The rubberised grip is perfect - doesn't pull at my knee hair and remains completely in place. Haven't tried on longer than 6k runs yet, but for at least 6k it hasn't slipped once. I don't notice it when running, but it definitely warms up the knee nicely, with no pain. Going to order another one for my other knee (one per pack), and have recommended to friends who also have similar issues. Great value too.

I thought the brace came with the support. Should have read the description more.

I recently bought this product and have found it amazing!!! I've had two knee operations over the past 18 months and been in pain for longer than I can care to imagine but after the 3 days wearing I can't believe the change. Its actually nearly stopped the pain completely. I'm totally amazed I really never thought it would have this impact. I can't thank you enough for this product, it could quite possibly change my life. I even played golf yesterday for the first time in 2 years and walked without pain. I'd love to know how it works!! I had to order a replacement as I was between two sizes but David kindly sent me one size up. Even the customer service is superb. I would not heistate to recommend this product to anyone with knee issues! Many thanks.

When I received the sleeve I realised right away that I got the sizing wrong . I emailed the supplier who said they would immediately send me a medium, free of charge and two days later it came, excellent service. It's early days to say if it is helping, my knee certainly feels more comfortable during the day but it still hurts when I go for a walk up and down hills. This is not a brace, which is more substantial and I need for stability when I play golf. It is more like a compression sock the NHS give you after an operation or for plane travel. They are designed to gently compress which stimulates blood flow and this is what the knee sleeve does. It's comfortable to wear all day whereas the brace I wear for golf I can't wait to take it off. As for the properties of the copper threads, it is not proven that copper helps but it is anti bacterial which means it won't smell !

I had high hopes that this copper nylon sleeve would help alleviate the pain in my arthritic knee. But unfortunately, the sizing information is way out! I purchased size Large, which is supposed to fit up to a 48 cm circumference, measured at 13cm above the knee cap. But the elastic band at the top only measures 17 cm and it is very strong elastic too. So there is no way that it would fit a 48 cm circumference without digging very deeply into the flesh! I put it on and although the top elastic band felt really tight 13 cm above my knee cap, I could easily pinch 2 cm on the double over the actual knee cap. But I left it on, hoping the elastic would give and dig in less in time. It didn't. I ended up moving it down and down until the top band was 13 cm BELOW my knee cap - and even then the zigzag silicone anti-slip dug into my flesh. I have added photos showing the dimensions and the raised zigzag pattern.

So I have damaged my knee and was told to get a support I measured my leg and according to the size chart I should have got a medium but after reading some of the reviews i got a large and it fits great i have had it on now through the day since I got it and it works it is helping both with the pain and the swelling so yes I would highly recommend it

La compré por una artritis de rodilla. En la fase aguda necesité una más rígida, pero después comencé a usar ésta y estoy muy contenta, es excelente, de momento no me la quito ni para dormir.

Prodotto buono, inscatolato perfettamente. Prezzo nella media. Ho acquistato la misura Large (L) dal momento che la circonferenza misurata della coscia ricade nella tabella Large e devo dire che si indossa perfettamente con una buona compressione. L'unico aspetto che non mi rende convinto è il tessuto che mi aspettavo fosse più spesso, in realtà è molto fine, sembra quasi lo stesso tessuto di un pantacollant e temo che bel breve periodo possa compromettere la tenuta della compressione. Ma questa è una mia personale considerazione che nulla toglie all'ottimo servizio offerto dal produttore.

Para lo que necesito va bien. Igual una talla mayor me hubiese sido mejor.
