Ordered 2 cans of flat black. Arrived very well packaged. At first I didnt think it was going to be enough but it was just the right amount for this project. This product sprays on very well and drys on very quickly with no wet touch like other spray paints, almost goes on as a powdercoat type way. Product does not drip or streak. I put on 3 layers at 8-10" away every hour,let it sit for 24 hrs, then reassembled the grill, turned the grill on for 2 hours @ 400F to cure and it turned out amazing. If you follow the instructions and take your time the out come will be worth it. I rarely leave reviews on products from amazon but this product has beyond met my expectations. I would like to note that the flat black isnt actually a matte finish its more of a satin finish with just a tiny bit of shine to it. The color samples in the description are quite accurate to what you can expect on the finished result. This was worth the $22ish per can. Idk what else I can say about this product but its the best High temp heat paint ive ever used compared to rustoleum & krylon. I did not use a primer or any other prepping products from POR-15 on this project. This spray paint has made my wornout 2000's broilmaster grill look like brand new again. I will surely be using POR-15 again on my next project for fixing up a rusty smoker.

Everything arrived in Good Shape, no broken tiles. Sizes tend to very a bit, and some are a bit uneven. Also, they tend to give you more of one pattern than an even amount of all patterns. I hade to use two boxes to get what I wanted pattern wise.

I’m very happy with the results or painting my 90’s broilmaster. I’ve included before and after pictures. I didn’t do the bottom but that’s what it looked like before. I did 3 coats, then baked it as the directions said at over 400 for 2 hours. I’ve used 1200 degree rustoleum, and 900 degree caliper paint on other grills and this gave me great coverage, not a single drip, and covered marks/stains pretty well. I was a bit hesitant at first to buy this since it’s almost 25 dollars a can and I typically use 2 cans, but I can’t wait to disassemble the bottom and finish the paint job. The color looks great, I like the satin finish, this is the most similar paint I found to match the original gray color. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I'd sand your pipes. And keep water away for about a week. Water got on it and it seemed to have boiled off small bits. But it doesnt seem to burn off in general. I did like no prep besides wire brushing my welds. I primarily wanted the muffler a dark gray and the welds covered. I also touched up some potential rust spots under the car . This can has a vertical wide angle tip. Which is convenient

Purchased this paint approximately 10 years ago, and now have gotten a new can. It use is for my Ford F-350 7.3 diesel engine oil pan. They tend to rust heavily and by using this I've prolonged the rust prevention. I live in an area where they don't use salt, so, it has lasted 10 years for me. Easy to use, I wire brushed the oil pan and cleaned it thoroughly with lacquer thinner, applied in thin coats and let it dry between coats. Good stuff for this application. Two thumbs up !

Sand blasted my NEW hooker super comp headers. blew them off with air hose, hung them in the shop. generally took one can per header,(BBC 2inch primary) had to get a third can for touch up and final spray. Looks Great, easy application! dont know about how well it will hold up? havent got that far on the car build to heat set them and all. so far Extremely happy with this product..

Use this product on manifolds on classic cars. The price seems to keep going up. I guess you pay for what you get.

Durability?,long lasting? Time will tell. Be aware this product should be heated to a minimum 400 degrees for two hours (kind of a hassle).The parts look good. If it holds up well I would recommend it
