is this compatble with MC362?

Cartridge was ordered as a backup and I have not yet installed it in the printer.

does this include the toner catridges (all colors)

no it does not...the cartridges that come with it has very little toner in them and will be replaced.

The image shows the drum and toner cartridges... Is this the Drum with the toner cartridges or just the Drum unit?

I am told but have to confirm this with my own purchase that the toner cartridges are actually primer cartridges. Apparently you leave the primer cartridges in the printer for 10 minutes while the printer is idling and then remove them and replace with your pre-existing cartridges. Once I receive my purchase if I find that this answer is incorrect I will return to correct it.
