SaltWorks Ultra Epsom, Lavender Scented Premium Epsom Bath Salt, 5 Pound Resealable Bag

Exactly as described....Originally I ordered the Himalayan and Ultra epsom salts to compare the products in my much needed bath soaks. I am currently a PA student in rotations so I spend long hours at the hospital on my feet. Hmmm I thought, I'm tired of the same old Walmart brand options so let's give these a shot. The epsom salt took about a week to arrive while the Himalayan salt only took about 2 days. While I liked the lavender essential oils in the bath water, the scent overwhelmed the bathroom. So I suggest leaving the door open while you draw the bath. I could almost feel the oils on my skin, so if you're are 'extra sensitive' it may not be for you. BUT I really liked that aspect because after using surgery scrubs and hand sani SO MUCH all day the extra moisture made my skin feel smoother. Lastly, the funnel like top would have been really nice for the natural table salt product to prevent clumping and increase the ease of transferring the salts to other containers, but almost unnecessary on the Epsom salt because exposure to the air would not effect the product as much being Mg based and aimed towards bath soaks. That would be my only suggestion for change between the two products.The company is American based, which is excellent, but their products hail from wherever they can be produced.

This epsom salt is my favorite! I made bath salt favors with dried lavender from my yard. I was shocked the lavender didn’t smell as strong as I was expecting so instead of non scented epsom salt I purchased this scented epsom salt thinking it may smell fake. I was wrong, it smells just like lavender essential oil. The scent is strong enough to still smell a light scent once it has been placed in the bathtub. I will absolutely purchase again!

Love the lavender smell. Bag smells very strong oil chemical when u sniff it straight so don’t do that. The smell is strong so just buy another bag of unscented regular epson salt and mix half and half.. then it’s perfect :)

Do I like this companies products? Well I think as last winter I purchased accidentally 60 pounds of their bath salts and find myself purchasing the same amount on purpose this winter, you could say yes. While I have tried several fragrance blends from SanFrancisco Salt Co. the lavender remains my favorite. I have tried both their dead sea salts, pacifica (think I am spelling that correctly) and epsom salt blends. While all were good with helping the pain I live with pretty much everyday of my life, the Epsom salts were the best.In the last 10 years I have lost 4 inches in height as my spine degenerates. Despite partial fusion and medication, I still have issues with pain. When I found last year that a hot bath with these salts could either reduce or eliminate both pain and cramping, I was beyond thrilled. I am constantly trying to find nonpharmaceutical remedies and have multiple heating pads, a zero gravity chairs and an adjustable bed, none of those things helped as much as these salts do. I also really liked the oatmeal honey salts. I have some of the detox blend from last year still available as it is a bit more medicinal in fragrance. The summer beach salts were the only ones I wasn't crazy about as they were a bit to much like perfume and just not to my personal taste. That being said, I put some in glass ball jars with a pretty ribbon and they made wonderful gifts.Before I received this order I tried some from another manufacturer (Dr. Teals) who is prevalent in the drug stores when you look for Epsom salts. They too had many fragrance combinations. The difference? After just a week of the other companies epsom salts I had irritated skin and if you are a girl you can guess where it was most irritated.The grains in this companies salts have a fine texture. They dissolve completely and quickly. Sometimes I shower afterwards if I have added a lot of them to the bath, but generally it is not necessary. With all other bath salts, my skin felt sticky after I bathed if I didn't take a shower immediately after.I purchased a couple of these smaller bags but I can't really tell a difference between these and the bulk 20 pound bag I also purchased.I highly recommend this product and I am in no way connected to this company. The other companies salts are going on the shelf and I will eventually "gift" them as they are most likely fine for occasional use. But these I hoard and only share with loved ones, all others can purchase their own!

Lovely smell, the Epsom dissolves quickly and it doesnt feel like I'm laying on glass in the tub. It's a win product! I also love the spout that is attached to the bag. I feel like I have some real control over how much i put in.

Tried them all.These are the best.100% natural, and you can tell.Just Epsom salt and lavender oil- awesome pour spout, too!

Tried many brands over the past year. Usually have to wait quite a while for full dissolving and not always completelyI have even used a hammer to break down the crystals while still in the bag before useThis dissolves very quickly. Lavender smells great. Love the bag with a spout that allows easy, neat pouring

After battling a busy schedule and allergies all week it was wonderful to take a relaxing 20 minute soak using these Lavender Epsom Salts by Saltworks. I followed the directions on the bag and my bath helped me relax and calm my mind. The lavender scent was just what I expected. I can really see the benefit to less stress in my life!
