One star is too much. It started with a bad screw, it finished with tension wire being to short to properly connect to tensioner. You can not really modify it, because yes, you can not make wire longer.We are now left to figure out how to return this junk. We don't have a car big enough to fit it in the trunk, UPS could possibly pick it up, but we still have to take it 4 floors down at the very ripe age and with bad backs.Not to mention waiting for weeks to actually get a refund. Not to mention actually unscrewing legs and figuring out how to put it back in the box. I'm sick and tired of junk products. And it is not that I don't know how to put things together. Had three treadmills, stationary bike, numerous weight lifting gyms, IKEA furniture... You can't put junk product together no matter your skill. Colossal waste of time and effort.

The first unit that was delivered to me turned out to be faulty. I reached out to the company and they promptly replied. After attempting a couple fixes they deemed it defective and they sent a brand new unit. Didn’t have to pack up the old one and send it back or jump through any unnecessary hoops outside of attempting the fixes with the parts they sent. So far the new machine is working great! Will update if that changes. Assembly is very easy. Not including unpacking it took about 20 min to assemble by myself. The hardware is separated by steps and are easily understood.

This would have a 5 star review except one of the parts on the handle bar is cracked. I didn't notice it right away, and it does not hinder the use of the machine.It is fairly quiet, and certainly does the job. Assembly was ok, I did it by myself so a bit heavy but worth the exercise.This gets used everyday, and has held up very well to abuse. I have drug it all around my house and moves super easy.

A piece on the elliptical has broken. Contacted customer service and they said 15-20 days before the part ships. I reached out again and they said they are back logged at the warehouse area so it could be longer. Completely useless to me as I’m going week three without being able to use the elliptical, and it is just taking up space in my garage now. There are more more negative reviews than when I purchased the item. I would have picked out something else had I know the hassle of this machine.

Lightweight, fairly easy to assemble. I recommend using your own wrenches instead of the weird, crappy multi-tool thing they provide. Put blue loctite on all of the hardware otherwise it'll back out enough to squeak and make noise after about 10 minutes of use regardless of how much you tighten it. Heartbeat monitor works some of the time. One of the handles still squeaks a little bit, but not enough to really annoy me.I probably wouldn't buy it again, but I don't regret the purchase either. It's good enough for the available space.

This elliptical machine is very noisy. I like to use it early in the morning but cannot because I'm going to wake everyone up! It would be a great machine if it was so loud.

The media could not be loaded. I honestly saw a lot of negative reviews, which made me skeptical of buying at first but I thought the building process was actually pretty easy, took me and my boyfriend, maybe an hour to put it together and moves very smoothly You’ll definitely get a work out from it.

Wobbles and makes lots of noise. I believe the front and back end is to narrow to support the steadiness. Also m and my husband get on it and it lifts the end up even when standing straight. I am 180 and he is 225. I’d say it doesn’t support our weight if this is the case
