I place it on side of the BBQ grill to create a non-sticky and oily plate for meatballs, chicken and fish. It works perfectly well.

No good, it gets rusty on the first day.
It gets rusty very easily just after hand washing it, before using it for the first time. No compliance with food safety standards

Great purchase
I used this in my oven (brushed with olive oil) on 450° to cook chicken souvlaki skewers. Put the skewers on and baked them for 20 mins, rotating. They turned out great!! Even heat distribution, easy to handle the grill as it’s a decent size. Def very happy with this purchase!

Just a little heavy, but it is a cast iron product. Very stable too leaving it on stove or BBQ pit. Going to try some grilling with family this week. Looking forward. :p
