Its a nice option, fluffy and soft easy to mix with the flavor you like as this doesn’t have much flavor. However its a good idea to avoid using flour or region pasta

For the price, it’s pretty good. The packages are a little small, but if you’re planning to have a reasonable amount of food with some protein and veggies, then the quantity is alright. If you’re not familiar with shirataki noodles, they’re similar to rice noodles in taste and texture, so I don’t get “disappointed” when it doesn’t taste like pasta because I like rice noodles, too. I personally like this brand’s texture (similar to al dente). I threw in some cooked mussels on top and it was ready to eat. Overall, who’ll definitely buy again. Highly recommended 🙂

I have gotten a package of the noodles like this brand. I learned that you can't cook something with these items and than freeze them. From experienced, the noodle where stiff and did not taste were well. I will continue to use this produce but I will not freeze them.

These are konjac noodles so yes, they'll have a funky smell (that goes away if you rinse them and cook them) and the texture won't be exactly like regular noodles. But if you actually like konjac noodles, these are great! I use them to replace ramen noodles to cut calories and have really enjoyed them. Each pack in here is a single serving. Great bargain for the price. I'll be repurchasing.

We are trying to reduce and limit our carbohydrate intake. This was a good substitute for spaghetti pasta. Don't expect them to equal the texture and flavor of flour based pasta. There really isn't much flavor in the noodles by themselves, but they absorbed the flavor of the sauce. They have the texture of glass noodles. Each packet is a serving size. I drained, rinsed, then heated them in water. Looking forward to trying different recipes.
