Can this item "stream" music from iheart, pandora, spotify or sirius? anyvsuccess streaming from any of these?

This is a simple Bluetooth link from phone to car. I use it with Google play music Sirius XM Spotify and Pandora. All work fine.

can you use this for hands free phone calls?

This device is the most worthless item I have ever purchased. It will link to your car or it will link to your phone. It will do both, so, at the risk of sounding repetitive, it is utterly useless. Piece of junk.

Is it compatible with a 2016 hyundai elantra se?

I’m sure if your car has the usb and aux port Right next to eachother and it fits it will work .
