Tres bon appareil et un excellent rapport qualite/prix! Petit, ideal pour 2, facile a loger, il fait tres bien son job. Notre ancien grill-pain etait trop imposant, avec des fonctions peu utilisees...... Les tartines sont parfaites, on peux rechauffer les croissants,etc Je n'ai pas encore utilise la fonction decongelation. Mention particuliere pour la pince fournie, pour recuperer et manipuler facilement les produits, il fallait y penser!

nice, but.it came with a EU 2PIN plug. very useful. sliced bread as sold in Sydney too big, so you get partially toasted bread. solution, gut a small piece off one end.once you have all this done it makes reasonable toast. would not recommend, unless you have someone to change the plug.
