MacBook Air came practically brand new with a new cable and charger. No scratches no dents no damage to the screen. It was fast, the sound was very clear, and the battery life is amazing. I haven’t charged my laptop in almost 3 days and it’s still around 92%. The touch ID is handy and allows me to open my laptop without putting in a password. As a nursing student it was important I had a new laptop for practically everything and this far exceeded my expectations. The price was a bit high for a student but given it came new I can’t complain. The Midnight black color does leave smudges and so does the screen so I bought a case for it and I have no problems with that now. It’s light and the screen is huge so for those looking for a smaller portable laptop this may not be the best choice but I love it and plan on keeping it for many years. It was a great investment and I advise anyone looking for a good deal but a great product purchase one.

The MacBook Air is absolutely pristine, and works beautifully. The only way to know it didn’t come straight from the factory is that it didn’t have the apple packaging. Packed well and delivered quickly.

EXTREMELY pleased with this refurb purchase.Called the seller before purchase to discuss the computer, with their listed phone number. Came in an Apple box, sealed with strip-tape. Cosmetically, it's flawless; the exterior and screen. Passed all Apple Diagnostics. Battery has 4 cycles and is at 100% capacity/health. Probably replaced, but with an Apple part, or the computer was not used. Serial number and Model number are 100% legit. Ports;/IO, keyboard, trackpad, speakers are all 100%. Storage is Apple; RAM is Apple.In June-ish 2023 this model cost $1299. Today, new, $999 on Amazon. I paid $839 for a "Premium Refurb" with a one year warranty from Kango Supply, I think. I can't find the "sold by" name, because now this computer is listed as being sold by Amazon, not Kango or whoever it was.KUDOS, could not be happier.

Nothing wrong with the laptop. Made in china charger does not work. I called them 4 times. I just need them to ship me the new charger. My boyfriend order same spec same day with seller-Kanga Supply. He got authentic Apple charger and it works on my laptop. I asked Amazon how my bf got apple charger but mine is not apply charger. He also ordered from Amazon but from Kanga seller. They said is they cannot control. What I understand is “your luck”. I asked Amazon to replace the charger for me so that I don’t have to waste my time and energy to return it back to them. Nope!! They don’t do that. And they are so rude. One of technical supports asked me to call the charger MFR!!! What!!! Why I have to call them. I am Amazon customer. I bought from Amazon and I cannot speak Chinese. They hang up my calls impolitely. They don’t care. They just want me to return and rebuy! I already download and set up everything on my laptop. I don’t want to waste my time to reset and wait for the shipping over and over again. Like I said they don’t care! But what can I do? Take it or leave it!!!!

Very happy with this MacBook Air. Looks new and runs smooth. No issues whatsoever. Great quality!

I love my laptop, this is my first Mac but I have everything else apple so I wanted to get a Mac but I wasn't wanting to spend an arm and a leg, this was the next best things. I got the midnight one, and absolutely love it!The only problem I had was it wasn't charging when I first got it, because to find out the box they sent with it was too high of a wattage for it to be plugged into, as I was told this computer requires a 35W max for it to be charged with and I was given 140W. So I thankfully had a 20W type-C box and it charges it great. My battery cycle is only at 9 too which is great.

I bought renewed premium and overall I am very satisfied. I only noticed these minor issues:* 2 small scratches on the back* Tiny bump on the bottom* Small scratch on the apple logo (image attached)* 2 tiny chips on the screen (image attached)* "2" key doesn't press as good as all othersOther than that, everything is great and battery maximum capacity is 98%The delivery was very fast and it was well packaged.
