Easy to use.
I have family in law enforcement and this was a recommendation. This is very user friendly, and it comes with a safety tip as to not accidentally have someone hurt themselves. It doesn't take much force to use. For example, in order to test the product right out of the box, just pull off the safety tip and press against a hard surface. Hopefully I will not need to use it, but it's good to have in case you're in a situation that requires this tool, and it fits onto your keyring.

Nice little product – great to have on you (same size as a keychain – you barely notice it) in case you're in an accident/come across a dog in a hot car – easy to break a window and you don't have to carry around a heavy, awkward hammer.
