I rely on these sleeves in dancing. I only use one of them as only my right knee has issues -- meniscus tear and wobbliness. I felt that my knee joint was more stable and held in place than without the sleeve. I also own a more heavy duty knee brace (a different brand) -- an adhesive wrap with a donut hole around the knee cap. That one definitely provides great support but is not designed for a wide range of mobility and is too bulky to put under my leggings unlike the Sparthos sleeves.The way I use it is I flip the sleeve inside out and fold down the top inwards so that the silicon band is still around my thighs. This way I can hide the hexagon pattern and only show the inner nude color side to blend in with my dance costumes. You can also use this approach for a tighter fit since the top opening is smaller.Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase. Coming in as a pair you will get a spare sleeve as a replacement if you just need one sleeve at a time.

Functionally, these are probably the best knee sleeves that I have found. The only issue is the stupid tag that has absolutely no function whatsoever. It looks really dumb and catches on the hem of shorts during any movement. Since most people are probably just going to cut it off, I wish the makers would save themselves and their customers the trouble and not put it on in the first place.

They fit great and did work with helping to relieve pain. Unfortunately the materials used at the top to keep them from slipping did not get along with my skin and made it itchy. Otherwise I did use them for a while to help with knee pain

Purchased for my brother. He called to tell me that the Sparthos knee sleeves are helping him greatly!!!! they are comfortable and don't slip down and he is able to walk now without pain. He could not believe that something so simple, could help him walk again without pain. Thank You for your quality, inexpensive knee sleeves!!!!!!!!

I got these for my wife in a small and one in a medium so that she could return the one which didn't fit. The small was a good fit. As usual with Amazon, returning the unwanted pair was quick, easy, and cost-free and another small was ordered.She has ordered some before which only included one instead of a pair, but this one comes in a pair which makes the price very reasonable.

The fit was a little loose but one size down would be too small. I have large thighs small calf’s so odd size. It does work well super comfortable time will tell how stable seems a little less sturdy than my copper fit ones but Cooper fit does not make skin tone ones so this is a perfect alternative 😊👍

I went from not being able to walk without discomfort to walking without an issue within about an hour of putting the brace on.

The seller was responsive but ultimately not helpful. I was promised a corrected price by an Amazon representative, but no luck. Apparently the guy was mistaken and Amazon would not honor the price promise. Nor would the seller.As for the product, it is the only one I can find that is small enough for my thin legs. I sized down from their measurements, the size they recommended did fit ,but not with enough compression. It seems to be excellent.I have had a very hard time to find a sleeve that is not too big. Cannot speak about durability, I just bought it last week.

The product is well made but the elastic is very strong and I couldn't walk with it,To return..and the instructions are not clear: "We are very sorry that we were not able to serve you well enough to not initiate the return process"I'm returning them but I'm not sure what will happen next,The return note was most polite..just not clear.
