Review: worked exactly as intended - These fitted an existing isolator tap that had became brittle and snapped off previously, thanks. No screws are included, so ensure you keep the one already that would have bee on the old one, if you don't have a screw, it is better to order a complete replacement fitting altogether comes in a 2-blue pack, now i have a spare one for future, but rather have had the option to have one of each colour instead, but most cases it is just a blue one that most washing machines now use just cold water anyway from the supply, then heat it in the machine. The older one i replaced wasn't exactly 100% the same colour or design on the top, but the important part is the lower fitting, which is the same for all of these styles of handles and all work exactly the same way.

**Q: I need the screws that hold these handles**
A: These taps didn’t come with screws - I still had the screws.

**Q: Can I use this valve also for the boiler mine is broken**
A: This item is an Isolator valve HANDLE not a Valve and as such will fit most isolator valves.

**Q: Can this be used to add to an existing isolation valve that doesn’t currently have a handle? (Have to use a flat head screwdriver currently.)**
A: It depends on what type of valve you have. My one is photo No.2 on the video. The handle will definitely fit this type as my one was missing and that's why I bought the replacement handle. However, if your valve is like the one in photo No.1, then sadly you will have to continue using a flat head screwdriver. Hope this helps.

**Q: Do u have to switch water off at mains to fit or can u do it with out**
A: No, there's no need to turn the mains off. If you are replacing a missing one, just push into place onto the little spindle. If you need to take an old one off, you may find it is held in by a small screw. Just undo the screw and lift off the old valve top and then push the new one into place. I found I didn't need to screw the new one on, it just sits in the spindle quite tightly and you can easily turn the valve on and off. Just be aware that sometimes if the valve hasn't been moved in a while, it can seep a bit but they do usually seal themselves.

I have several of the ball valves & these are great. I broke 1 handle cause the valve was closed with a shifter. The valves I fitted these to are radiator valves, Imperial screws, had to buy a set. Watch this space
