Serving suggestion. Place the snails in Shells (sold separately). To prepare garlic butter chop 2 shallots, 2 cloves of garlic and a small bunch of parsley. Mix with 100gr of butter, a pinch of salt and pepper and a touch of nutmeg. Garnish the shells with the butter, heat in the oven and serve as soon as the butter begins to bubble.
