Aluminum housing
Known problem for jeep wrangler. So far so good.

bad seals....
The housing looks great, and I installed it without any issues. the seals that came with it failed within a week. I replaced them with a factory OEM seal kit but they did not fit well with this housing and the leak actually was worse after replacing seals. I am getting a replacement throughamazon and will update if it fixes the issue. I could not find a way to contact the actual seller to discuss the problem
