I like but came broke

This is a cute little sugar bowl. I figured if I have to look at a sugar bowl every day on my counter, I want something that will make me smile. And this does that. It measures about 5” high and about 3-1/4” wide. There is a small opening for a spoon at the back that measures 3/4” wide by 1/4” at the highest point. The opening tapers at the edges, so you need to use a really small spoon. I use a baby spoon. The connection between head and body is a little wobbly, but not so much that I’m afraid of the head falling off. It’s just not airtight. Both head and body are hollow inside. It does the job for me and I’m pleased with it.

Seems way overpriced.

I had had the same sugar bowl since I got married 29 years ago, so I figured it was time for a change. This looks just like the picture. The package arrived quickly and came in perfect condition. The bowl is a bit small, but that's fine. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the lid doesn't fit snugly. It kind of jiggles when I go to take it out of the cabinet, and I'm afraid that one of these days it will fall off and break. I put a piece of tape on the back, from lid to base. That way, if the lid does start to fall, the tape will catch it. All in all, I like this, and it's really cute.

I bought this as a gift for a white elephant gift exchange with friends. It is a cute porcelain elephant with the elephant body as the base and the head as the lid. The lid (elephant head) as a small notch which allows for resting a sugar spoon in the bowl while the lid is closed, which I think is very helpful. The only think that bothered me was that there was a very small scruff mark on the elephant snout, where the white color of the porcelain had worn off. It was only visible when held up close and it didn't take away from its purpose as a sugar bowl. The gift was stolen twice, so I knew my friends liked it too!

I like the sugar dish, although I use it for a dry cream dish

Le cabe poquito, debes llenarla muchas veces y se ve linda porque trae un espacio para su cucharita, yo tenía una delgadita y le quedó muy bien, ojalá hubiera otro color.
