Product is good and user friendly. Battery 🔋 power is also good.

Very bad product , called the customer care for replacement or return , they said call after black friday , called on 30 th November again again , now they say we cannot change or return as it is not in the policy ...Amazon has gone from bad to worse with its products specially after diwali , it seems the venders are only sending defective stuff to ppl , it is so horrifying to go thrugh this process of delviary , then defective pieces ....Now they say u deal wd the vendor directly ,In that case i would hv bought from the vender n the shop directly , had more options ....Amazon is really going down too bad n fast , executives are only trained to not to help n avoid customer's problem , n swallow the bucks .... by avoiding ....I had placed a call within 24 hrs of receiving the product ..but they say " pls call after ...days maam " highly trained to make sure replacement or return policies are delayed so they will avoid services in regards to return or replacement policies ....Highly bad n unprofessional...

This watch is user friendly and like having a personal assistant with me .I liked it's color , quality and performance as well.

This is the best watch under this price segment and I never seen such a battery backup in other watch at this price range and over all things of watch is good.

Product are so old, charging not working properly taking more than 2 hours to charge.Return not available and for replacement you need to visit service center which might be not available in every city
