Tapo Smart Light Bulbs L510E(4-Pack), A19 E26, 800 Lumens (60W Equivalent)

UPDATE: I've now installed all four of the bulbs included in the package and these things are fantastic. Configuration of the other three went without any problem. Running the bulbs from the phone app works perfectly and I love the dimming capability. Set one at 1% last night so I could have a "night light" on in my kitchen overnight - superb. The app is very intuitive and easy to use. Only unknown is longevity of the bulbs - believe they have a two year warranty. Hopefully they last a long time like regular LED bulbs. I highly recommend based on my experience so far. Had some difficulty getting it to connect to my wi-fi and thought it was going to be another big fail like the Sengeled bulbs that never worked. However I eventually got it connected to my guest wi-fi. The app is easy to use to set up a schedule. I had a rare power blip in the middle of the night at which time the light came on and stayed on. I finally got it to go off. Not sure what it would have done on its own. So far it seems to be working but it’s early.

These Smart Light Bulbs are great. They are long lasting, value priced and the software App works exceptionally well. The adjustable light brightness is a great option and the available scheduling options in the App are easy to use and setup.

These actually work really well. Love the soft warm light. Easy peasy to set up with the tapo link app and connected flawless ly to my Echoes and Amazon app. Beats some of the other popular brands for ease of use and staying connected. Very pleased with this brand. A+

They work good and easy to connect once you figure it out. I like the dimming and soft on and off features too. *Update* after two weeks one bulb went dead, will not turn on or connect to Wi-Fi so I'm removing one star

Set up your TAPO account first. If it's asking for a payment or subscription of any kind it is not a TAPO application use the QR code to download the app and delete anything else you may have downloaded from another company by accident. Setup is very straight forward and easy, TURN OFF YOUR VPN, start with your light switch off install your bulbs and then use the L510 profile to connect your L510e bulbs one at a time. Once they are all connected you can individually control them or set them up to all turn on at once and turn off at once.

I've used these for over a year and can tell you that these are the worst smart bulbs I've ever dealt with, excluding those really cheap ones that don't turn off, and it's all because of the constant disconnections. They'll stay connected for a couple of months before needing to be paired again, and they blink every time you turn them on to remind you they've lost connection. I have tried these with two different routers (one a TP-Link), and the problem persists. Over a year's worth of firmware updates have also not fixed the problem. I have Govee and Phillip Hue lights in my house that work flawlessly. These are the only ones that can't stay connected. Avoid these and save yourself the hassle and frustration.

They have excellent reviews. They're well made. They're quality and warm white light is beautiful. Unfortunately, I live up in the mountains and was unable to get the bulbs to link up to my system.

I bought many smart lights during the past years and those are my favorites. All TP-Link products works well and are easy to set up. Now when I need a new one I look first for Tapo or Kasa brand first!

Funcionan perfecto como todos los productos de TP Link. La aplicación de Tapo los reconoce de inmediato y los agrega a las funciones de tu casa. Desde ahí se puede graduar la intensidad, fijar rutinas de encendido y apagado, etc Yo lo vinculé con mi cuenta de Alexa muy fácil y para poder controlar con voz.

Works has described, easy setup

Super easy way to add a security feature to your house. The only thing to remember is that the light switch has to stay on. In my house people see the lights on insecurity mode and assume someone left the switch on and then power them off. Of course the Wi-Fi bulb can’t work if the power is off. Very easy to set up and program.
