Q: Do I need to re-pot them when I get them? Sorry I am so new to this and not sure what to do or what I will need. Any help would be great. Thanks!

No, you do not need to repot when you receive them. If you decide to repot, I suggest waiting until they are adjusted to their new surroundings. Even though the plants come with care instructions, a quick google search would give more in depth information along with repotting instructions.

I have ordered from this seller 6 times since May 12th 2023. I have received all except the last order that is due to arrive Oct 3rd. The longest they took was an order placed on Aug 30th and it arrived on Sept 13th. This was a 4PK of live indoor plants similar to your 3PK.
