I don't have any real proof that they help health wise, but they are very sturdy and beautifully detailed. Not easy to bend so they're durable. It's real copper, so you can wash with them and keep them on. Easy to clean with a wash cloth and copper cleaner.

I started getting osteoarthritis in my fingers a few years ago. My doctor had denied putting me on any arthritis medications as I still was passing my range of motion tests (but I still had pain!) I tried taking supplements like omega-3's, glucosamine, and MSM, which did help quite a bit, but did not help as much when when the bitter cold hit in the winter or when the bariatric pressure and humidity levels changed (I live in the upper Midwest where the weather is quite shifty!). I had an old friend whose parents had bad arthritis and they had swore by magnet therapy. I saw these on Amazon, liked the vintage design, and thought I'd give these a try. The pain was gone almost instantly. Definitely glad I got these. (They are built pretty solid, so I would recommend using something like nose pliers on the inside of them to stretch them out to fit your fingers to the right size.) I felt like I've also lost some water weight from wearing these and get a better deeper sleep at night as well. Overall, a very good investment!
