This is a really nice product, very easy to use, compact and with lovely finish. It is very quick and makes great coffee. added bonus, it is easy to clean and manufacturers instructions easy to understand.

Purchased this coffee machine not expecting too much difference from any other. The program functions are very good, setting time to come on and brew, very good. I've seen reviews on YouTube that say the temperature is an issue nonsense, in the cup using powdered milk 174 degrees Fahrenheit, nice and HOT. The main feature i bought it for was keeping the coffee hot for upto 2 hours, couldn't find one that matched this for the price and functionality. Highly recommend.

Very good product. Price is reasonable. Not keen on the very loud ready beeps and my previous machine showed the water fill at front of the machine which is easier than side. Apart from those minor things very happy. Coffee lovely and hot and stays that way for 30 minutes.

Love this machine. Have had it for a while now. We use it every morning. Could set the timer but we just use it manually. Quickly makes a good sized pot of coffee, which it keeps hot for 2 hours. Very easy to use and clean. Good quality, sturdy item which feels like it's going to last. I have already, and would recommend it highly.

Makes good coffee and the unit is sturdily built, with a far more robust lid/ hinge fitting than on my two previous machines. BUT 1. By default the warming plate stays hot for 2 hours after brewing ends, even though STOP has been pressed, so the only way to turn off the warming plate is to switch off the machine at the mains, which means re-setting the clock when you switch back on. 2. As others have noted, it’s impossible completely to empty the water carafe into the water reservoir - poor product design, here. 3. The machine does emit very loud beeps at start up and when brewing ends. 4. When brewing ends, you still have to press STOP to end the brewing function, but as noted above this does not turn off the warming plate. 5. The instructions for activating the strong brew function (the 1-4 cups) is plain wrong : you have to activate strong brew before pressing the START button, not after, as the instructions say. 6. The machine has a charcoal filter unit which needs replacing after 70 brews, so that’s extra future expense. So, given these obvious flaws, I think 3 stars is just about deserved. 20 March Update: Revised to 5 Stars I've been using the machine for 3 weeks now and i"m absolutely delighted. I''m withdrawing my 6 little niggles above, as , with time, they've become insignificant, and the coffee is absolutely superb, and that's what matters most. PLUS unlike my 2 previous machines, there's absolutey no drips on to the hotplate when the carafe is removed, so thta's another added bonus.

Great coffee maker. Makes nice coffee with good features, timer, clock, and best of all keeps coffee hot for 2 hours.

The parts in the picture FALL OFF & will not stay attached - but it works with out them any way Its a thirsty machine & Fast & it should stay hot for 2 hrs Which is the Only Good Point About this Poorly Designed Machine etc Make Sure the plastic CONE is in the Correct Position as it will Block & Flood Over if Left Unattended Making sure the Drain is over the hole above the JUG it is a Basic coffee Machine but have got use to it Instructions not that clear but they never are etc.

We have had a few "one cup" fancy coffee makers that do cappuccino and similar things. They invariably sit mainly unused on the worktop. We fancied an American style coffee maker that fills an entire pot of coffee and keeps it warm for a good while. I really also wanted a white one to match our kitchen. This seemed to fit the bill and had good reviews. We have used it a lot since it arrived only yesterday! Good points: 1. SUPER easy to use. Clock is a doddle to set, easy to fill. You can use the filter basket as is, or purchase size 4 filter papers to use alongside it. Papers make the clean up easier as you just lift the old filet and coffee grounds out and pop a new filter in. 2. Makes nice hot coffee that stays at a good temp for about 2 hours. 3. Makes a really good capacity of coffee, filling it to the 12 cup mark gives about 10 cups of coffee (some is absorbed by the coffee grounds). 4. Looks nice, isn't too big and doesn't take up a lot of worktop space. Bad points: 1. The white machine doesn't really look like the photo. The photo makes it look like it is a frosted white plastic effect. In reality is is an opaque solid white, as are the sides of the machine. In retrospect I wish I had purchased the grey machine, as the sides are stainless steel and it looks a bit better. It still looks okay, just that the photo is a bit misleading. 2. Machine beeps may or may not annoy some people, it's pretty loud. 3. The little charcoal filter that comes with the machine is not labelled. I actually threw mine away as I thought it was one of those silicone bags that stop dampness in packages, I had to root through our bin for it when I realised a couple of days later that I had thrown out a part of the machine! Look for it inside the carafe when you unpack the coffee maker, it fits into the plastic filter thing inside the water reservoir. You can purchase more charcoal filters from Amazon and the booklet says they need to be replaced every 30 brewing cycles. However, the machine does work without them (as I found out!). 4. You can't seem to get replacement carafes according to some other reviews, so be careful with your glass carafe or you will have to repurchase an entire new machine which seems ridiculous. 5. I have noticed that a tiny amount of water leaks from the water level "gauge" on the water reservoir when the machine is brewing. Not sure if this is "normal" or will become a problem. I am really impressed with this coffee maker, it's a great price, simple to use, works really fast, is programmable so that you can have hot coffee ready to go when you get up in the morning, and has a large capacity. This will definitely get more use in our house than the fancy coffee makers we have had in the past.

Works great. Easy to clean, easy to program. Everything is simple which I like. Great buy.

Ich habe das Gerät zu Weihnachten verschenkt. Leider hat es keinen deutschen Stromstecker, es muss also ein Adapter hinzugekauft werden...sehr ärgerlich bei einem Geschenk!!!
