I originally bought the Koi Beauty Derma Roller to help with hair thinning, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. The roller feels sturdy, well‑made, and the needles glide smoothly across the scalp without scratching or causing discomfort. It’s gentle but effective. After using it consistently, I’ve noticed my scalp looks healthier and my thinning areas don’t look as sparse. My hair products absorb better, and I’m starting to see new baby hairs along my part and hairline. It’s not a miracle overnight fix, but the gradual improvement is real. I also appreciate the hygienic packaging and the overall quality — it feels like a professional tool at a reasonable price. If you’re dealing with thinning hair and want something to support your routine, this derma roller is absolutely worth trying.

I honestly didn’t expect to like this derma roller as much as I do. I’ve tried a couple of cheaper ones in the past, and they either hurt too much or felt flimsy. The Koi Beauty Titanium Microneedle Roller is completely different — it feels solid, rolls smoothly, and doesn’t snag on my skin at all. I started using it twice a week after cleansing my face, followed by my regular serum, and I can already tell a difference. My skin looks brighter and feels smoother, and I’ve noticed my skincare products seem to soak in better. I even think some of my acne scars have softened a little. I do get a bit of redness right after using it, but that’s totally normal and goes away within an hour or so. I always make sure to disinfect it before and after each use. Overall, I’m really happy with this roller. It’s well-made, easy to use, and gives visible results without spending a fortune on spa treatments. If you’ve been curious about microneedling, this is a great one to start with!

Very nice derma roller. Glides smoothly over skin, and the matte finish looks nice and allows for a better grip. Comes with it's own case, which is a plus, as well as an instruction manual. Easy to disinfect and store. I'm happy with it.

Inexpensive easy and fairly painfree way to help with skin issues but no major results like more aggressive treatments. Probably helps a bit though and again, cheap and easy so why not? I was afraid of getting the length I bought (1) but I wish I bought longer for better results.

Best little line of rollers. Various lengths. 540 pins on this wheel size is perfect for maximizing effectiveness, minimizing hair grab, great maneuverability, while still covering enough surface area to take care of business quickly. Wider rollers just don't work as well in all the aforementioned areas. Plus it puts the cost in the right place, sharp titanium pins and a smooth roll. Inexpensive and the best. I bought two other model sizes along with this one, and then two other brands, including one that's 5 times the price of the Koi, and the Koi is functionally the best by far. Pro tip, buy a can of aerosol spray alcohol to quickly sterilize the roller before and after use. Two half second spray bursts covers and saturates the whole wheel. One of a few hair routines out there that really does stimulate growth and thickness, especially with a good topical serum/prescription creams or oils.

Easy to use, great quality, improves hair growth, appearance is wonderful.

Comes with fancy packaging and gets the job done. Don’t forget to sanitize with every use or you’ll risk an infection.

The product is okay in terms of softness, but it doesn’t feel as comfortable as expected. It works fine for basic use, but there are softer alternatives available. Overall, average performance.
