I noticed that the listerine would work in the immediate, but as soon as I would eat or drink again, pain and swelling. I’d have to brush and rinse again constantly. I took one of these pills and the pain and swelling went down MINUTES after swallowing it. I just assumed it would need to absorb into my body over time but it works really fast. I kept using the listerine too to double attack it. This is definitely worth a try if you have a MINOR infection. I tried multiple moisturizers, ice, different washes, not washing it, nothing worked. This stuff had me cleared up in three days, I took one every 8 hours and I have issues with my teeth and these helped that too. I guess I'll be using this product for the rest of my life. I'll say they don't taste the best but you're just swallowing quick, so... Idk hold your breath. I have had some headache but I'll continue taking them for now.
