Worth it!
This is really amazing for the price. The vibration level is massively adjustable so there’s so much variation in your work out. Really easy to use and nice and sturdy so you feel safe enough. The remote is really handy too so you’re not trying to lean down to push the buttons whilst it’s moving!

I bought this a few months ago and surprisingly, I am still using it daily. Its is very sturdily built with varying vibration levels. I no longer have swollen ankles, and I have found that I am able to climb the stairs much easier. After use, its easily stored under a bed. You may find that your legs feel a bit itchy during the firs few uses - I was advised that a build up of toxins causes the itch. This passed after the first week for me, I now look forward to using my vibration plate.

Was great ,but after 5 months it started to make a noise looking into noise it had clasped at 1 end ,made attempt to contact seller after 5 days no answer so I would recommend that you avoid this plate
