v28 Women's Teen‘s 1950s Vintage Tutu Tulle Petticoat Ballet Bubble Skirt

My teenager got this as part of her Halloween costume and it was even cuter in person. She said it was comfortable and it looked identical to the much more expensive one she wanted.

Bought this to make my daughters Harley Quinn costume puffy. It is ok for the price. Had to take it in a bit. Just wish it was a full tutu and not pieces of tule falling down from the elastic waist. Luckily it is going under her costume so it still works out.

This tutu is super cute, and I like that it has a liner, unlike some of the other options you see on here. However, as another poster noted, it smells FOUL upon arrival, so early it with enough time to Febreeze it and air it out. I've sprayed it 3 times, and will probably spray it once more to get rid of the putrid smell.

Ordered an XXL and the package that arrived indicated XXL but it doesn’t stretch ANYWHERE CLOSE to what the size chart says, even if the band had, the slip fits very small. It also looks like the tag was cut right off so I can’t even confirm size.

Great color, full skirt, true to size, nice lining.
