I love this!! It just came in the mail and I’m in love!!There are no directions with it, so I had to figure out how to put it together (I have never owned one before) but it was all good after I figured that out.

I love it and amazing customer service
I ordered it for my friend, but I wanted it customized a little bit different than the proposed templates (nothing fancy, just to turn a letter around). I wrote a comment about what I really wanted, if possible and they came back with the exact wanted template. I loved that! Thank you!I will order one for myself as well.
