My husband has gone through so many water bottles and this one is probably the best. He needed a bottle that he can easily transport while navigating a wheelchair so this easily fits in between his legs so he can move around. We have to make special small ice cubes to fit in but it’s not an issue. The water stays cold for hours, which he appreciates. He’s had it for a few months and haven’t come across any leaks or issues. I hand wash everything. As long as you have the right brushes, cleaning isn’t an issue.

Bottle does not keep water cold. Piece of junk.

I guess I overlooked the details. While this water bottle functions as expected, the mouth is too narrow. I have to use a different ice tray to get ice that will fit through the mouth. Also the straw is cut on an angle. I find that odd for a water bottle. The bottle does come with a straw brush and an extra straw.But it keeps the beverage cool for at least 12 hours

Size is good but no straws or lids with the bottles. Can you please send 4 straws, 2 cleaners & 2 drinking lids.
