Smoke alarm replacement
The was a noise coming from the alarm, replacing the battery worked.

Not sure about the shelf life claims.
These are probably perfectly good batteries but the expiry date on mine is only 3 years and 5 months from the date of purchase. That doesn't seem to match the 10 year claim.

Work Great, Reasonable Price, Fresh Dated (Less Than 1 Year Ago), I'm Fully Satisfied
These reasonably priced alkaline 9V batteries were just as pictured. The expiration date was within this year so they are relatively "fresh" (not old stock). They replaced the several year old 9v battery in my multimeter that finally quit and work perfectly. These also fit a bathroom scale I have so when that goes I have a spare.If you have a smart lock most of them can be powered off a 9V battery if you get home and their internal batteries have died. When I eventually get smart locks I'll have to keep on in my car just in case. I guess I find it handy to keep a spare or two around the house.They are reasonably priced, work perfectly and fresh stock make these 5 stars for me. How long will they last? I probably won't know for over a year in my use.

Misleading advertising with the "5 years" bit...If it is indeed "eco" I appreciate that but I don't know if that's just green-washing.
