I really like this company and brand. I have purchased several of their bulk powders and have never been disappointed. This Creatine is extremely powders and dissolves quickly in any temperature water. Has absolutely no taste or color or smell. So I can put it in anything. I like being able to pick my own dose and use one of those small digital scales to weigh various scoops (tare weight) to select the best one. They don't include a scoop, but I have lots of those. The brand has great value over pre-made capsules.About my only complaint is the bag is very difficult to re-seal. So, like most people, I dump a bunch into a different container. No big whoop.Too early to tell if this supplement will be helpful for my needs. I do plan to use only about 3g per day, because I am a smaller and less-active person. Debating if I am going to go through the "loading phase", since I sometimes have GI issues. Right now I am just trying only 3g twice a day for a week to help load. Has been only one day and no problems yet.
