Non-traditional use but works great!
I’m using this for a non-traditional use, but works well for my application so far. I have applied the mule tape as cross bands to tighten a greenhouse plastic film. The tape is definitely strong enough and tied nicely. Totally happy so far.UPDATE: bought a second roll, as the first roll worked out great. I don’t have scientific testing the prove 2500lbs strength, but the stuff is strong. And holding up great even months later outdoors.

Great product, does it ALL
Great stuff. Weave is smooth and uniform throughout and I think you'd have a really hard time breaking it. I do a lot of kayaking, canoeing, hiking, camping, hammocking, etc and this stuff is perfect for all the above. From tieing boats to car roof racks to tow tethers, hammock straps and general purpose cord around the farm, this is the strongest, lightest, most versatile product I'm aware of. Great bang for the buck And highly recommended.

Strong pull line
This is a very strong pull line. I used it to pull three 2/0 copper cables from my main meter to my house, approx 50 feet, through 2" conduit buried 3' deep. I used a tractor to help pull it up through the conduit and it worked perfectly.

Good buy! Quick Delivery! Must have for bushcrafting and camping!
After searching through a few sellers, you can't really beat the value for money spent. I don't need the measurement markings, although they would be great at this price point for 500ft. I can't speak on stretch yet, but this stuff isn't supposed to stretch. Which is one reason it's so strong and last quite a while. I'm satisfied with the thickness because of the weight limit it holds, and it gives me more to hold onto as I tie guy lines, lashings, etc. But more so for building lean-to's and other wooden structures while camping. The pic with the lighter shows the width against the blue tape wrapped around the beginning and held down with a push pin.. Cajun was spot on with the answer to my weight question on this spool. Three times my digital scale registered 6.5lbs as is.

Excellent for Hammock Straps
I recently discovered mule tape for an alternate to paracord's many uses. It's REALLY strong, very inexpensive and doesn't stretch. The only downside is, because of it's primary use, you have to buy it in fairly large lengths (unless you buy it from someone who has parsed out smaller lengths on ebay). After experimenting with several different materials (climbing rope, paracord, nylon cordage, etc.) This has become my favorite for hanging my hammock.I make a really useful hammock strap by tying a bowline in one end - use that end to attach to the tree. Tie a series of alpine butterfly loops spaced about 3-4 inches apart. Clip your hammock carabiner into one of the loops and you're all set. Works like a charm. The multiple loops make it adjustable, and by it's very nature, the bowline is easy to untie even after being under tremendous strain. These are two must-know knots. They're really useful.

Super stuff!
This stuff is great! I use it for lashing down all sorts of construction materials in my truck, camping and yes, even when working with my mules and horses. Very versatile and strong. Arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. Its use is limited only by your imagination .

Rip off for Canadian 's
This product is overpriced for the Canadian market as i mistakenly received a invoice for a American customer which was for only $34.99 for the exact same product. currency exchange and shipping could not increase this item buy that amount
