I purchased it and when opened & tried, this was not in working conditions.I requested for return. And refund my bucks.In application shows refund successfully, but I have not back any refund from Amazon,.I checked & talked with my bank manager but no conclusion have gotten.So. It is frauds.Please don't buy.

The media could not be loaded. If this is good quality than I am a giraffe. It is absolutely useless. It is as good as waste. There is so much sparking and their is no real steam coming out. It is so cheap quality. Amazon should do quality check before selling product.

I have purchased this from Amazon.However, to my utter disappointment, the product was found faulty. It is not producing steam despite being plugged in for more than 30 minutes. I think the heating element or resistor may be faulty, though I am unsure of it. But I will not recommend this product. Since this item is not returnable, as per Amazon policies, those who are looking for similar products, may opt off line shopping, where replacement will be there.
