I'M HAVING TO UPDATE: One month in and the drone is gone. It's too lightweight and it drifted so much. A 10 minute battery isn't long enough to get the guy to listen to the controls and get home. It lost connection and just flew away. However, it was fun while it lasted.I purchased this drone to see if I liked the hobby. It's taken me 3 days and I've learned so much by practicing. Practice, practice, practice. I've crashed SOOOO much and this guy has hung right in there. It's super durable and always ready for more. I've crashed into trees, light poles, and I even got it stuck in a tree day 1. 😂 When batteries run out I have to stop flying for a while, but they recharge pretty quickly, no complaints there.The controller is functional, responsive, and ergonomic . I've been in a bit of wind where the trim buttons aren't so helpful until I pumped up the speed and they work just fine. There are 3 speeds and easily reached on the left side of the controller.The photos are fine, I'm not a pro. I was looking to take pictures of my tent from above when I go camping. This drone does the trick and has given me sooooo many smiles in just the 3 days of ownership. You'll have to move the camera on the drone with your finger to adjust. Picture/video is taken with a button on the right side of the controller.The app was easy to install and use. I was taking shots on the first day, inside my home . I wanted to learn the drone before I used the camera outside.I had a few issues on day 1, emailed the company, and was offered wonderful advice. They asked me to try their advice and reply with updates,which is so wonderful. Thanks for the awesome customer service! 🙌🏻

This drone, for the price is so much better than I would have ever dreamed it to be. For this type of quality I would have expected to pay quadruple what I did for this one. The battery life is astounding, the batteries charge rapidly and last forever. It is super easy to set up through the app. The remote control is super responsive. The camera quality is unbelievable, I didn't realize just how good it was until I got it up in the air at about 75 ft and could see everything around it crystal clear. And the case that it comes with when you fold everything down it is so easy to carry around just fold in the wings put the remote in the case and zip it up. Easy as that. For anybody wanting to find a drone that is literally easy to use and fun to fly, this would be the one you want. I am extremely thrilled with this particular drone. Well done guys, very well done

This drone is an excellent tool for learning how to fly and has some impressive features that make it stand out in its price range.The three-speed settings are perfect for novices like me, allowing me to start with a slower speed and gradually work my way up as I gained confidence in piloting the drone. The flips in all directions added an extra layer of excitement to my flying experience, and I must admit, I had a blast performing tricks with ease.The manual adjustable camera is a handy addition, providing the option to take still shots and stream live video directly to my phone through the compatible app. While the still shots turned out better than I expected, I have to agree that the quality of the live stream footage leaves a little bit to be desired. However, considering the affordable cost of the drone, I can't complain too much about this tradeoff.The inclusion of two batteries was a game-changer, allowing me to maximize my flying time. While one battery was in use, I could have the other one charging, ensuring I could keep flying without long breaks.For its price, the Heygelo S90 is undeniably a great entry-level drone. It provided me with a smooth learning curve, helping me pick up the basics of flying quickly. Moreover, it offers enough features to keep me engaged and motivated to continue honing my piloting skills.In summary, the Heygelo S90 is an excellent drone for beginners like me. It offers a good balance between cost and functionality, making it a worthy investment for anyone interested in exploring the world of drone flying without breaking the bank. While the live stream quality may not be top-notch, it's a minor issue when considering the drone's overall value. My 9 year-old son bought this drone with his own money. I was pretty skeptical about it based on the price and figured he would be let down but this little drone isn't half-bad.The good: It's pretty easy to fly. It's small enough that you can fly it indoors, in a larger room. It does well outside even on fairly windy days, although you have to be careful because the wind can still carry it away if you're not paying close enough attention. There are 3 speed settings and the top speed is fast enough to have some fun.The okay: The camera is pretty mediocre. You could use it to see if there is a frisbee stuck on the roof but you won't be using it to take breathtaking pictures of the sunset at tree-height. The video has zero stabilization, which makes every video a jerky mess.The bad: The app is pretty terrible and they disabled reviews to hide that fact. It requires microphone, location, and media permissions and refuses to run if you don't enable ALL of them instead of just disabling some functionality. The worst part is that the app REQUIRES you to give your email address and create an account in order to run it. I used a throwaway account just to see what it could do, but I don't think I'm going to re-install it. Partly due to the permissions and account issues and partly because most of the functionality advertised just plain doesn't work.Verdict: For 50 bucks, it's a fun and cheap way to get into the drone hobby. I took away a star because the app is a privacy nightmare and another because many of the advertised features in the app don't even work.

The drone itself looks amazing, but the controller is poorly made.The drone cannot connect to the controller and complete the initialisation process to unlock the rotors.Recommend you buy a much better quality drone.Refund on the way.
