I like that the capsule is super tiny so it's easy to swallow and because it's 4000 iu, you can adjust the dosage as needed. You get a good quality supplement for a good price!

It's a good combination of Vit D3 and K2. Which is good for bones and muscles. The softgel capsule is easy to take.
