Do they come with brackets to hang them on the wall?

Mine did not come with any mounting bracket. I ordered two extinguishers.

Will these Fire extinguishers rust if kept outside?

In general no they should be fine unless the paint gets chipped off. With that being said some of the components might get some flash rust on them (spring, pin) but it should not affect the integrity of the extinguisher.

Where are these manufactured?

They are American made. From website: Based in Trussville, Alabama, Amerex makes hand-portable and wheeled fire extinguishers for commercial and industrial environments, as well as fire and explosion suppression vehicle systems for military use.

how large is each item?

The tank is 4.25" in diameter X 15.25" tall including the handle. The tank with the hose is 5.5" across. Hope this helps..
