Fits 2006 Toyota Sienna
If you have a 2006-2010(maybe more years) Toyota Sienna like mine, you will only need to use the black grommet that has the wider center span with flat ends. The shaft it goes on is soft aluminum, so as you see in the photo, I drilled a hole one size smaller than 1/8” to add a tiny bent wire through the end of the shaft so next time this bushing wears out, it will just feel loose instead of completely coming off the shifter.
