I've tried a couple other ginseng sticks and they have a pretty strong aftertaste. This one wasn't as strong, so I could see myself drinking it by itself much easier than the ones i've tried before. I put this in my teas when I make them, usually green tea. I noticed improvement in energy levels, less fatigue while using these, but that's about it for me.

These ginseng packs are easy to use. These do have a more intense flavor, and perhaps a mildly bitter aftertaste compared to other ginseng liquid sticks that I have tried, but they work as expected. Also, the packaging of this is topnotch, very well put together, and so it makes for a very presentable premium looking gift item.

I have had authentic, high quality ginseng like this many times in my life, and I was excited to try this one. This is a decently size box that holds three individual boxes of 10 packets. So, there are 10 servings in each box for a total of 30 servings in individual packets. It is a liquid mixture in each one that tastes like ginseng and a sugary flavor. I don't mind the taste and it used to this, but some people may not like it, but it's just the way it's going to taste. Since it's such a small amount, it's not difficult to just take a little shot of it even if you don't like the taste. The individual packets are nice where I can keep some in my purse when I need a little pick me up when I'm out and about. The individual boxes within this box have everything written in Korean, but there is a nutritional fact sticker on the back of the main box which tells you the ingredients. This is not vegan since there is honey in here, and are two grams of sugar. It tastes like there is more sugar to me, but that's what this label says. That's definitely does what it says it does, and I have quick energy and it is very long lasting. I feel more focused, and I become a busy little bee for hours after I have it. My body has always responded this way to ginseng, but I prefer the authentic, high quality stuff like this. Personally, I always take energizing things before 11:00 a.m. so my sleep is not affected, but I typically don't have that problem with ginseng. And if I did have sleep trouble, it would be difficult to realize if it's been something I took or was from geomagnetic or solar activity that happens most days of the month these days since that keeps me awake and results could be skewed. Overall, I would definitely order again and I'm tickled to be able to have this, thank you.

This dissolves easily in hot water, and without any additions tastes mildly sweet and ginseng-style bitter - not unpleasant if one is used to ginseng. Adding a little stevia (or sweetener of your choice) will make it much more appealing to the western palate; I tried adding a little cream as well towards the end of my drink, and that was surprisingly good - very much like a tea with cream and sugar.This has four carbs and 15 calories, so not ideal for keto/carnivore, but a small enough amount that it can be absorbed with other foods without much concern. Most would not have to worry at all about the small amount of sugars.Overall, an excellent tasting option for ginseng.
