It does what it says in the tin. I was expecting it to be a bit smaller, but to be fair it’s very good for one month and don’t have too many pills to take per day. I particularly like it because I can just take the individual box in my purse when I leave the house and it won’t open accidentally. You do need to press the sides and then it open easily, so the best of both worlds for my arthritic hands and my propensity to have random stuff rattling around in my bag. Happy days ! If you are looking for something to organise your daily pills and can also be portable in smaller portions, this is for you. If you want a small travel pill case for a long trip, this is probably not the best solution, as the individual pods do come off easily from the main organiser and the box is very bulky, so I’m sure you could find a better thing. This works well for me because I have it at home, I only need to portion my meds once a month and I can take my daily dosages with me easily. The size was perfect.

PROS:- Fits 4 big pills and maybe a couple of smaller ones depending on the pill configuration you go for (see pictures).- Aesthetically pleasing pill boxNEUTRAL:- When you first start using it and want to remove a box, it launches it 5 feet in the air. Thankfully this goes away after a bit of use lolCONS:Most of these are minor issues but nevertheless would improve the product if fixed:- Some of the boxes are harder to open than others, even if you use your nails. I’m sure this will improve over time.- When it’s time to fill them all and you have to open them all, your nails will be destroyed!- Would help if the tray had numbers underneath each slot for when you want to put them all back in.- In order to access the pills for a day you have to take it out the tray unless it’s along the bottom row.- Some of the boxes lids won’t close properly (see pictures), not a problem if you use it in the tray but if you wanted to take it with you then it would spill.- The tapered shape of the box can also make it a bit hard to push the pills in!- Can be hard to get them out too if it gets hot and they stick to the sides

This is a nice, smart looking solution if you want to organise your pills and of you want a portable solution to take them.The plastic is a nice transparent grey which can be easily popped out and carried around in your pocket, though the only negative thing is that the lid can be difficult to open, what I recommend is flipped the lid around and using your fingers curled towards your palm to open it up.Each container can easily fit 7 medium sized pills, including a large cod liver oil pill. While the smalle size might prove a bit tricky for those with less dexterity, I find the size and design more appealing for supplement use than for medicine use.Looks smart and keeps yourself organised.
