These are the Absolute Perfect work boots due to slip resistance and not heavy. They are true to size and very comfortable. Love the style because of the padding around the top and they don't go to calf of leg and irritate the leg. So happy to replace a pair that has lasted my husband years. These boots are made to last compaired to other brands that he has tried. The store doesn't carry them anymore so I will definitely be ordering more.

boots are great. I bought these many times over the years , very comfortable, but what is good having prime membership and when you purchased it they say it will be he next day delivery. and now it going to be 4 days later

I've been wearing these boots for over 10 years, probably closer to 15. I've owned two pairs, and the most recent has lasted for no less than five years. They are reasonably water resistant, and are much more comfortable than my Dr Martens or Solovairs. I came back to Amazon to buy a new pair after the sole started to disintegrate, and the biggest problem that I faced was finding the exact style. After ordering a new pair, I started reading the bad reviews. In response, I must say that the only reasonable weakness that these boots have are in the man-made upper ankle area. They will start to wear away and discolor in this area, but only well after a period of a couple of years. Unless you wear them with shorts, nobody will notice this. The leather and rubber parts of these boots are very, very hardy. The part that wears away is made of a dyed cloth. I challenge anyone giving a negative review of these boots to wear a pair of leather sneakers on a daily basis for a similar length of time, and see which falls apart first. For a pair of boots that I wear at least five days a week, I couldn't expect more from them.

I actually had the opportunity to try this shoe on at a Sketchers Outlet in Pidgeon Forge TN . They wanted $20 more tan the Amazon price and I gave them the chance to match the price, but they were having a "Buy one at full price, get the second for 50% off sale and wouldn't match the price. The guy at the Outlet was very nice and said "you should get that at Amazon, I can't match it". The best part is that they come in a "wide" in my size. When I got them, they were comfortable and looked great. I use them as a "nice" pair of boots. Not for work, they don't have a composite toe, but look great. Frankly, I wear mostly Carthart and Deluth Clothes, and those brands look better with boots rather than sneakers. However, the quality is enough that you could wear them to work.. but they look too nice to ruin them. Full leather, nicely brushed, good color, will eventually developed a nice patina. Great for the working man who wants to look nice on a date, but is more comfortable in boots than sneakers. Sketchers is easily the most underrated shoe in the industry. I would rather wear Sketchers than Timberlands at twice the price. I just got them, so my review is about the new shoes.I don't much care for shoes that need to be "broken in" Look for other reviews as to how well they wear over time.

This is the THIRD time I’ve purchased these boots! They are excellent! I purchased my previous pair in 2016, and they lasted until earlier this year, 2025! The first pair lasted a long time, too. Now, I’m not putting them through the rigor of a daily construction job. I wear them for weekend yard work in the spring and fall. I wear them during the winter while blowing and shoveling snow. And I often wear them to wash and detail cars, so they get exposed to plenty of moisture, and the waterproofing works well. From a residential/consumer standpoint, they are getting used hard, and they’ve held up well. Finally, you just can’t beat the price. I paid $70 on sale. Go price-check work boots. You just can’t beat these boots for quality, value — and excellent durability. Highly Recommend!

After wearing them for only one day, overall, these seem to be well made boots and they will require some breaking in. A couple of drawbacks: 1. The insoles are not removeable so that you may replace them with whatever you want. 2. They have eyelets all the way up without any hooks at the top, so you need to really loosen the laces to get them on your feet. 3. This is just a personal preference for not buying things made in Vietnam. Had I not worn them before reading the label, they would have gone back. But, I wore them outside for a full day and do feel OK about sending them back. They were purchased as work boots, so I'll have to see how they hold up. If anything significant occurs, I'll provide an update to this review.

Las acabo de recibir, Julio 2018. Es verano y no puedo juzgar el "andar con ellas". Son fuertes y de calidad indiscutible. Su puntera es dura, pero las pones y apenas lo notas. Las he probado, son MUY comodas y quedan un "pelin" grandes. Te sube unos 4 cm. la altura, cosa que agradeces y sinceramente, me parecen una autentica salvajada de botas. Tuve unas Panama que me duraron unos 10 años y estas me da... que van a ser lo mismo. Y con una diferencia a favor de mi bolsillo. Y las compre al cojer unos botines Vans y quedarme éstos, grandes. Por cierto recuerda que son botas WATERPROOF: Waterproof es un tratamiento que se le da al calzado para que quede impermeabilizado. Su principal ventaja es que va a repeler el agua y no va a permitir que se introduzca en nuestras botas. Por lo tanto, son optimas para usar en zonas donde la lluvia es moderada. Recomendables 100%.
