Clara and Clem in Outer Space (Penguin Young Readers, Level 1)

Clara and Clem explore outer space in this early word reader. It feels like a comic book, since the text is in speech bubbles. My 1st grade students have enjoyed reading this book again and again. The book is a level C in Guided Reading Level, which is mid- to end of kindergarten.

Sweet little story. Very few words in big font, perfect for little readers. Serves the purpose it is meant for!

The story is simple. Kid would still need someone to speak it out to them.Reading books can have simpler words with repetition. There should be a way to introduce new words to kids

Ottimo per avviamento alla lettura in lingua inglese per alunni italiani di 3° elementare (o 2° in caso di classi particolarmente avanti), o per alunni con bisogni educativi speciali della classe 4°. Pochissimo testo, questa collana è quanto di più semplice si possa trovare in giro.E' forse quindi troppo semplice per i bambini di 5°
