I see some complaints about it needing to sit a while. This doesn’t bother me, in fact it makes perfect sense to me. It must take time to break down the gross sludge, dog hair, soap and gross that was creating my back up in the first place, right? I have used this in the kids bath and master and works like a charm. Found their maintenance product in another retailer and using that now too in order to avoid the gross build up in the first place.

I used this in my shower where the drain was running slow. I read the directions and followed step by step. Nothing...did absolutely nothing. So I used the entire bottle, still no better until the next day. Maybe the product needed to sit awhile longer, but the drain has been great for weeks now.

I used according to directions 3x including overnight in my kitchen sink and it did absolutely nothing. So much for guaranteed results. Then I read the ingredients and I know why. Bleach and water? I have a broken ankle so I couldn't go to the store and this was the fastest delivery with supposed guaranteed results. I was finally able to get a friend to go get me the Instant Power Hair & Grease and with 1 use, problem solved!

My daughter’s hair gets everywhere on wash day so it usually clog up the shower drain and this stuff unclogged it fast.

I was thinking of using it to open a hair-clogged drain, used the entire bottle but it didn’t work well. Instead I bought a snake and cleaned it up with ease.

i pour the whole bottle in before i go to bed. let it sit till after breakfast. pour a boiling pot of water in the drain. works like a champ. be careful.

I followed the directions exactly and still nothing, even after using the entire bottle. I was looking for something better than the old standby drain cleaner, and thought I would give this a try. My mistake. To go with the failure of the product, there is the intense odor of the product, plus makes your eyes water. This is not noted on the product or on Amazon.
