I purchased these safety hand rails for our special needs daughter to help her when needing an assist in sitting or standing after going to the bathroom. we do like them a lot but the one complaint I have is when the right handle is up its hard to flush the toilet as it blocks the flushing handle. I do like the fact that you have to potion the have the handles lifter as my husband nor myself need to use them. so when we do put hen up we then have to put them down in order for us to flush.

Very high quality product. The wood arm rest is beautifully polished and smooth. The arm rest itself is very sturdy. Make sure to use a backing board attached to 2x4. I used a piece of Oak board, that I stained to match the arm rest wood.It is an incredibly useful item to help my injured wife to get on and off the throne.

L'article est joli , solide, et très fonctionnel, dommage qu'il y ait eu un problème de fixations manquantes, que le vendeur m'a envoyé ensuite. NB: il serait utile d'indiquer le diamètre de la vis de fixation afin que celles du couvercle soit adaptée ( les vis en plastique soudées au couvercle sont d'un diamètre trop grand)
