OK for a little while, then goes flat!
I've had two of these pillows for about a year now. I purchased them for the dual comfort zones, the ventilated foam (I can't stand hot pillow), and the gusseted sides to help get under my neck for support. This pillow actually does not get hot, but as far as support goes, forget it - the gusseted sides don't do much. After a couple of nights use, in order to get enough support, I have to fold up the front of the pillow under my neck, wedge it up under my headboard, and quickly get my neck down on the part of the pillow I folded up to stay in place. After several days of non-use, it will actually regain some strength. I find myself alternating between the two pillows, however in reality, I would probably need about 10 of them so that I could rotate them to make sure I had enough support each night. I've gone through testing many other pillows during the time I've had these, but somehow I keep coming back to these pillows. It's very frustrating. Maybe my answer is, unfortunately, to purchase another 8 of these.Finding the right pillow can be such a challenge. In an effort to find a pillow I could tolerate and provide me with the right type of support, I've purchased over 30 assorted foam, latex, polyester, and feather pillows of various shapes and design over a many months time frame after my last pillow that I had loved for 5 years finally had to go. I'm hoping to eventually create a web site with what I learned about selecting the right pillow. Just remember there is no pillow that's for everyone and don't believe anything the packaging or marketing materials tells you about it being for side or back sleepers, for people with neck pain, or anything else as everything depends on your body frame, shoulder width, neck, head, etc. and simply what type of support you need.I firmly believe pillow designers have to be some of the dumbest people on the planet, next to cell phone designers. Why can't they all just make pillows with more support under the neck area at the edges of the pillow, and less in the middle, like it should be? There are only a handful of pillows out there that are like this, but with the selection that's available, none that suits my needs.Just remember these tips:-Side sleepers generally need a much thicker pillow to keep their head up due to the side of your body raising your head. It will be a challenge finding the pillow with the perfect height.-Back sleepers generally need slightly less height since height will mean that your head might end up propped up.If you alternate between back sleeping and side sleeping, that's even more challenging.-Polyester and solid polyurethane foam/memory foam are generally much hotter than even feather or down pillows. If you suffer from hot pillow, try gel filled, feather (must be compartmentalized and quilted to prevent poking), or down (small feathers that don't poke). Whether ventilated foam pillows get hot or not is hit or miss - I've had many ventilated foam pillows get blazing hot.-Feather & down pillows usually allow you to reshape them without fighting you back like polyester filled pillows. If you can manage to find one with enough fill so that it doesn't go flat, this may be helpful.Again everyone has a different shape and weight for their head, body, and neck. Everyone also has a different preference for feel and firmness, sink rate & distance. There's no one pillow for everyone. Don't be afraid to lay on the floor of the store to test pillows out if you need to - I do! Unfortunately, you can't do this here on Amazon, but you can at least use your in store experiences to make an educated guess.

Not for me
And try the pillow at a store. Thinking that this would be the one and the first night sleeping with it I was unable to get comfortable it might be great for some but not for me

Best pillow.
Two sided design is the best idea ever. Foam and poly fill. Foam up the pillow is firmer and higher ( and cooler). With Fill up the pillow is softer and lower.

3rd time wasn't a charm
Don't let my low rating keep you from trying this pillow. In fact, my mom and I both have one and love it. The problem came when I ordered another one. I should have realized something was different right away but I kept thinking it just needed to be broken in. Now I let it get past the return date. Big mistake.

Not so great
I bought it because I love mine and it's getting older. This one looked identical to mine, brand, size, dual comfort. But it's really hard. I got it for Christmas and I still haven't been able to sleep on it in July. I've been using it as a back pillow when I read in bed but after all this time, it hasn't softened. Too expensive since it doesn't work!

No more stiff neck/headache problems
I've had this pillow for 5 months, and since I've been using it, I no longer wake up with stiff neck or headache problems. The pillow is fairly firm, but comfortable. An added unforeseen benefit is that it has cut down on my snoring. The cover it comes with seems to be pretty good quality. I will be ordering another one so that I can have it at my in-laws' when my wife and I stay at their house. I've had cheap foam pillows, fiberfill pillows, therapeutic pillows, and other pillows that are more expensive than this one, and this one has proven by far to be the best for me.

Too hard
I purchased this pillow for my young son and he didn't like it, so I tried it out myself. Getting comfortable with this pillow seemed impossible. It was too thick which bothered my neck, and too hard for my liking. It's not a bad product, just not comfortable for me. The material was good quality. Maybe a taller or bigger person would be comfortable with this pillow (my son is 5' and I'm 5'4").

Not worth the price
I previously had a pillow by this brand and enjoyed it after a few years and wanted to get a newer one. However, it is not the same quality now. The foam side is fine, but the fiber side has immediately flatten after 2 months. Hate it. Not worth the money now that the quality has changed.

Great pillow
2nd time I’ve purchased this pillow. Great for back or side sleepers, I’m both.
