I've used this exact combo of Fadogia Agresits and Tongkat Ali to good effect and results. I"ve done labs before and after and the increase of testosterone has been anywhere between 15-20% percent which is enough for you to feel and notice in the gym, daily life, and in the bedroom. My only concern is that I think its best cycled on and off for a time since I've felt some noticeable muscle soreness or DOMS that seems to linger after a few months on that I can't quite explain away.8/10 I would recommend it. Capsules were odorless, flavorless and easy to swallow. I take this alongside a few other supplements as well as a multivitamin daily. Overall its hard to gauge results with most supplements but since starting I have noticed an overall increase in libido and stamina in the gym. Muscle definition is up noticeably without an extra effort on my part. Overall highly recommend Fadogia Agrestis, and this brand has proven to be safe and effective for me.

Not going to waste too much time reviewing the actual supplement claims because they vary from person to person but I will say that this is a great price, they are easy to swallow, tasteless and seem like a standard good quality supplement. You'll have to research what this specific supplement does in general and make your own decision but these are a great candidate.

There is more science to back up the lore with Tongkat Ali - although I haven't discovered much - nothing earth-shattering or absolute however from our Western appreciation for data-driven evidence-based outcomes.With supplements so much is unknown anyway - the use of and "success" with them is largely personal and individually anecdotal in perspective. For me personally my drive is to evaluate gain versus detriment and reward over risk and I would say that with this blend I have experienced more gain and reward - but I have nothing to measure that statement by except to say I haven't experienced any noticeable or even subtle side effects and also it seems that I have a bit more zeal in confronting the daily minutiae and the larger obstacles of life too.
