This is a good heater and we use it in a fairly large hall with staircase so high ceilings to take the chill off which it doesMy problem is that we turn it off when not using it and unless you want to use the timer function it doesn't just turn on as a heater you have to reset it which is not difficult but annoying and I had to call customer support to work out how to use it the way we want to

Looks cheaper in real life than on the pictures , the controls are over complicated and the timer is just the most time consuming none sense I’ve ever witnessed . You can only set the timer by the hour and have to get the instructions out every time you need to make any changes due to its over complicated ways. It does heat up fast not checked the power consumption yet ,but it does warm up my conservatory well and looks ok mounted to the wall .

Seems okay, packaging was excellent, very well packed, but immediately noticed a small dent , top right corner of the panel, where the enamel or covering is clearly cracked, its not visible on a casual glance but I cant help wonder if whatever happened to it, will at some point effect the performance, time will tell. Tested the electric panel and it seems to work okay, basically seeking advice from my electrician as to whether to return the panel.

Slimline design, fairly simple controls. Fitting to wall is challenging due to the lack of a template and fixing measurements provided being slightly inaccurate.

The thermostat switch is loud when switch on and off. The time only allows you on and off per hour so you can’t have it switch on at 730 and off at 930 you would have to do 700 till 10.

Very good heat ,takes about 10 minutes to heat my conservatory that is about 20ft by 11 ft so I’m pleased with that as we only use it to dine . still getting used to settings ,but will get there in time .

I have looked at Futura's youtube videos on how to set this up. I have read the manual. Both very complicated.All I want to do is set the heater to heat a room to 20C.You set it according to the instructions as far as you can, and confirm the setting.The heater comes on for about 30 seconds. Then turns off.I have an independant digital thermometer next to the heater saying the room temp is 15CBut the heater wont come on. The display on the heather says it is 0CBut it wont come on.And that is it.I contacted support and they said that the heater cannot measure the temp of the room near the device, only the temp of the device. The device is showing 0C. I have set 20C.Surely this means that it should come on????I contacted them again and no response. Their heater has a nice blue light. And heats up well for 30 seconds.After which nothing happens and it is useless.I am very unhappy about this purchase :(
